What this does not establish
- One issuer. xStocks only. Backpack Securities is not covered, and whether its dividends arrive as a multiplier change or as newly minted tokens is unsettled. A fixture capture settles it, not a documentation page.
- A moment, not a trend. One slot. The staleness share moves as issuers update fields, and the large splits will eventually be cleaned up.
- Nothing about intent. An issuer holding a power is not an issuer misusing one.
- Nothing about depth. Whether any of these can be traded at size is a separate measurement.
